7 Layer Taco Dip
This is all stuff I typically have on hand and takes about 20 minutes to throw together. Perfect for when you need something that feeds a crowd without much effort.

Ingredients

can low-sodium pinto beans
rinsed and drained

cup
prepared salsa
▢

chili powder
▢

tsp
ground cumin
▢

garlic powder

kosher salt
▢
Small pinch cayenne pepper

prepared guacamole
▢

cup
plain non-fat Greek yogurt
▢

shredded Mexican-style cheese
▢

pint cherry tomatoes
halved
▢

drained sliced black olives
▢

green onions
finely sliced

Tortilla chips for serving
Instructions
Mash pinto beans with salsa, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and cayenne in a bowl.
Spread bean mixture evenly in a 9x9 serving dish.
Carefully spread guacamole over bean layer.
Gently dollop Greek yogurt on top of guacamole.
Sprinkle shredded cheese over yogurt.
Scatter halved tomatoes, green onions, and black olives on top.
Serve immediately with tortilla chips or refrigerate up to 2 hours.
Notes
Keep layers distinct by spreading carefully.
