Beer Cheese Dip
This takes less than 10 minutes from start to finish. The egg yolk keeps it smooth and prevents the cheese from breaking when it hits the heat.

Ingredients

heavy cream

egg yolk

Worcestershire sauce

dijon mustard

garlic powder

black pepper

beer

sharp cheddar cheese
grated by hand
Instructions
Combine cream, egg yolk, Worcestershire, dijon, garlic powder, pepper, paprika, and salt in saucepan.
Heat to light simmer over medium heat.
Add beer and shredded cheddar cheese all at once.
Stir constantly for 1 minute until mixture starts to smooth out.
Remove from heat and continue stirring until cheese fully melts.
Thin with additional beer if needed.
Serve immediately with pretzels or bread.
Notes
Use sharp cheddar and grate cheese by hand for best texture.
