Big Mac Salad
This hits all the classic Big Mac flavors but in salad form - perfect when you want something lighter but still satisfying. The rehydrated onions and homemade Big Mac sauce make all the difference.

Ingredients

dehydrated minced onions

iceberg lettuce
chopped or shredded

shredded cheddar cheese

mayo

sweet pickle relish

Instructions
Add dehydrated onions to small bowl with 1/3 cup water and let sit 30 minutes.
Whisk together mayo, pickle relish, ketchup, mustard, vinegar, paprika, and onion powder in medium bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
Heat large skillet over medium-high heat and add ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, and seasoning salt.
Cook 8-10 minutes, breaking up meat until fully browned with no pink remaining. Drain excess fat if needed.
Drain water from rehydrated onions and stir into cooked beef. Let cool a few minutes.
Divide lettuce between 6 bowls and top with beef mixture and shredded cheddar.
Drizzle Big Mac sauce over each salad before serving.
Notes
Sauce can be served on the side for individual preference.
