Buffalo Chicken Pasta
This is basically buffalo wings in pasta form – creamy, spicy, and loaded with that classic buffalo flavor. It’s a one-pot meal that comes together in about 30 minutes and uses rotisserie chicken to keep things simple.

Pour in diced tomatoes with juice and chicken broth, bring to a boil.
Add pasta and cook until al dente, stirring occasionally, about 8-12 minutes.
Reduce heat to low.
Add buffalo sauce, cream cheese, sharp cheddar, and fresh mozzarella, stirring until melted and combined.
