Cheesy Garlic Bread
This is all stuff I typically have on hand and takes about 25 minutes start to finish. Way better than the frozen stuff and you can control how garlicky it gets.

Ingredients

butter
softened
▢
3
cloves
garlic
minced
▢
1 1/2
tsp
fresh chives
finely chopped
▢
Salt to taste
▢
1
loaf sourdough bread
▢
3/4
cup
mozzarella cheese
shredded
▢
1/3
cup
parmesan cheese
grated
Instructions
Mix softened butter with minced garlic, chives, and salt.
Slice sourdough bread into 1/2 inch thick pieces.
Spread garlic herb butter evenly on bread slices.
Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan cheese over buttered bread.
Bake at 400F for 15-18 minutes until cheese is melted and golden.
Serve hot and immediately.
Notes
Ensure butter is soft but not melted for easy spreading.
