Cheesy Taco Pasta

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces large shell pasta
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup jarred salsa
  • 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook shell pasta according to package directions, then drain and set aside.
  • Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat, then drain excess fat.
  • Stir in taco seasoning and 1 cup water, simmer until liquid reduces and beef is coated.
  • Add cooked pasta, salsa, and cheddar cheese to the skillet.
  • Stir until cheese melts and everything is combined.
  • Serve hot.
