Ingredients

ground beef

cream cheese

can Rotel tomatoes
10-ounce, undrained

cups
shredded cheddar cheese

package bacon bits
3-ounce
▢

teaspoon
ground mustard
▢
1/2
teaspoon
garlic powder
▢
1/2
teaspoon
black pepper
▢

tablespoons
chopped dill pickles
optional
Instructions
Brown ground beef in skillet, drain grease, transfer to slow cooker.
Add cream cheese, Rotel tomatoes, cheddar cheese, bacon bits, mustard, garlic powder, and black pepper.
Cook on LOW for 2-2.5 hours, stirring every 30-45 minutes.
Stir in chopped dill pickles during last 30 minutes if using.
Notes
Cream cheese will initially look lumpy but will smooth out while cooking.
