Crockpot Bacon Cheeseburger Dip

This crockpot cheeseburger is easy and perfect for a small group watching the game.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 pound ground beef
  • 6 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes 10-ounce, undrained
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 package bacon bits 3-ounce
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons chopped dill pickles optional

Instructions

  • Brown ground beef in skillet, drain grease, transfer to slow cooker.
  • Add cream cheese, Rotel tomatoes, cheddar cheese, bacon bits, mustard, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  • Cook on LOW for 2-2.5 hours, stirring every 30-45 minutes.
  • Stir in chopped dill pickles during last 30 minutes if using.

Notes

Cream cheese will initially look lumpy but will smooth out while cooking.
