Fresh Herb Ranch Dip

This is way better than the packet stuff and takes about the same amount of time to make. I always have sour cream on hand so this is my go-to dip when people are coming over.

Ingredients

Ingredients (~6 servings)

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp minced fresh parsley
  • 3/4 Tbsp minced fresh chives
  • 1 1/2 tsp minced fresh dill
  • 1/2 tsp minced garlic 1 small clove
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, parsley, chives, dill, garlic, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  • Taste and adjust salt and garlic as needed.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to develop.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.

Notes

Dip thickens slightly as it chills and can be used immediately if needed.
