Holiday Cheese Ball
This is the cheese ball that shows up at every family gathering – it’s simple, feeds a crowd, and disappears fast. The pecans give it a nice crunch against all that creamy cheese.

Cover and chill for 1 hour until firm.
Use a spatula to gather the mixture into a rough ball, then roll with lightly greased hands into a smooth ball.
Place chopped pecans in a bowl and roll the cheese ball through them, pressing gently to coat the entire surface.
Serve with crackers and a butter knife for spreading.
Store covered in the refrigerator for up to a week.
