Shrimp Cocktail
This recipe uses pre-cooked frozen shrimp. Let the finished sauce sit for at least 30 minutes for the flavors to meld.

Ingredients
Ingredients (~4 servings)

frozen
tail-on recommended, pre-cooked shrimp
For the Cocktail Sauce
▢

cup
ketchup
▢
1/2
to 1 Tbsp prepared horseradish
▢
1/2
tsp
lemon juice
▢
1/4
tsp
Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
Combine ketchup, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl.
Add 1/2 Tbsp horseradish and stir.
Taste and add more horseradish if desired for extra spice.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Defrost shrimp in the fridge overnight, or run under cold water for 5-10 minutes.
Pat shrimp dry and arrange on a platter with cocktail sauce.
Notes
Flavor melding time is essential for best results.
