The Best Charcuterie Skewers
These handheld charcuterie skewers are perfect when you need an easy app that looks fancy but takes zero cooking skills. I make two different combinations so there’s something for everyone.

Ingredients

havarti cheese

sharp cheddar cheese

mini brie cheeses

slices peppered salami
▢

slices prosciutto

pitted Castelvetrano olives

cheese-stuffed cherry peppers

dried apricots

red grapes

Instructions
Cut havarti and cheddar into 1-inch cubes, making about 9 cubes of each.
Fold each salami slice into quarters.
Roll up each prosciutto slice and cut each roll in half to get about 10 small pieces.
Thread 9 skewers with havarti cube, Castelvetrano olive, folded salami, cheddar cube, stuffed pepper, and prosciutto roll in that order.
Pierce stuffed peppers through the thickest part to keep them secure.
Thread remaining 9 skewers with havarti cube, dried apricot, grape, mini brie, and raspberry in that order.
Add raspberries last and handle gently as they are delicate.
Let skewers sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before serving to allow cheeses to soften.
Notes
Flavors are better when cheeses are not cold from the fridge.
