Ingredients (~1 1/4 cups)

  • 4 small bread and butter pickles
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbsp ketchup
  • 1 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt
  • Freshly ground pepper

Dice the Pickles

Dice up the pickles into small chunks – about 1/4 inch pieces.

If you want it finer, go ahead and mince them but I like keeping some texture in there.

Mix Everything Together

Add all the ingredients to a bowl and stir until well combined.

Taste and adjust the salt and pepper as needed.

The sauce should be creamy with little pickle chunks throughout and a slight tang from the mustard.

Use this on smash burgers, Big Mac copycats, or animal-style fries. Store covered in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
