Air Fryer Shrimp

This is about as quick as dinner gets - seasoned shrimp ready in under 10 minutes. The air fryer gives you that slight crisp on the outside while keeping them tender inside.

Ingredients

Ingredients (~6 servings)

  • 1 1/2 lbs large shrimp peeled, deveined, tail-on
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 3/4 lemon juiced
  • 3/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 3/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Pat shrimp dry with paper towels.
  • Mix shrimp with olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Preheat air fryer to 400F and spray basket with cooking spray.
  • Arrange shrimp in single layer, avoiding overcrowding.
  • Air fry for 7-8 minutes, flipping halfway, until shrimp are pink and opaque.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

Work in batches if needed. Shrimp should reach 145F internal temperature.
