Chicken Bacon Ranch Casserole
This is one of those casseroles that looks fancy but uses stuff most people have on hand. The ranch powder clumps at first when you mix it with the sour cream, but it smooths out once everything gets combined.

Ingredients

cooked chicken meat
shredded or cut into 1 inch pieces
▢
1 1/2
lbs
pasta
▢
1 1/2
jars Alfredo sauce
16 oz
▢
1 1/2
cups
sour cream
▢
1 1/2
packets ranch dressing seasoning
▢
1/3
cup
bacon bits
or 6 strips cooked and chopped
▢

cups
shredded swiss cheese
divided
▢
1 1/2
Tbsp
chopped parsley
optional
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375F and grease 9x13 baking dish.
Boil pasta to al dente, then drain.
Mix Alfredo sauce, sour cream, ranch seasoning, bacon bits, and 2 cups Swiss cheese in large bowl.
Add pasta and chicken to sauce, stir until coated.
Transfer to baking dish and top with remaining cheese and bacon bits.
Bake 25-30 minutes until cheese melts and edges brown.
Garnish with parsley if desired and serve hot.
Notes
Ensure casserole is bubbling when done.
