Easy Spinach Dip
This takes about 15 minutes to throw together. The longest part is just squeezing out all the water from the spinach - which you really need to do or the dip gets watery.

Ingredients

frozen chopped spinach
thawed and drained

minced chives
plus more for garnish

Carrot and celery sticks

Blue corn tortilla chips or crackers

Instructions
Thoroughly squeeze excess water from thawed spinach using kitchen towel.
Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and cayenne in large bowl.
Stir in Dijon mustard and Worcestershire sauce until smooth.
Fold in spinach and chives, mixing until evenly distributed.
Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
Garnish with extra chives.
Serve with carrot sticks, celery, chips, or bread.
Notes
Dip tastes best after chilling for 1 hour. Keeps in refrigerator for 3-4 days.
