Garlic Feta Dip
This dip takes less than 10 minutes to throw together. Way better than the store-bought versions and you can control how garlicky it gets.

Ingredients

crumbled feta cheese
divided
▢

light cream cheese
Neufchatel cheese, at room temperature
▢
1/2
cup
plain non-fat Greek yogurt
▢

cloves
garlic
▢
1 1/2
Tbsp
freshly squeezed lemon juice
▢

dried oregano
▢

ground black pepper
▢
3/4
cup
diced red bell pepper
▢

chopped fresh parsley
▢
For serving: crackers
fresh veggies, pita bread or pita chips
Instructions
Add 6 oz feta, cream cheese, yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, oregano, and pepper to food processor.
Blend until smooth, about 30-45 seconds.
Transfer to serving bowl.
Top with remaining feta, diced bell pepper, and parsley.
Serve immediately with crackers or veggies.
Notes
Can be refrigerated up to 1 day. Add fresh toppings just before serving.
