Homemade Cajun Seasoning
This makes enough seasoning to last a few months and costs way less than buying those tiny store bottles. I keep mine in an old spice jar and use it on everything from grilled chicken to roasted vegetables.

Ingredients
Ingredients (~1 1/2 cups seasoning)

adjust to taste

Instructions
Whisk all spices together in a medium bowl until uniform with no clumps.
Transfer to a clean, dry airtight container or spice jar.
Store at room temperature in a dark place for up to 6 months.
Notes
Start with 2 tsp cayenne if sensitive to heat and adjust to taste.
