Oreo Balls
All you need is a sleeve of Oreos, cream cheese, and some candy melts - that's it. These freeze well and are perfect when you need something sweet but don't want to turn on the oven.

Ingredients

packages Oreo cookies
▢

cream cheese
room temperature

candy melts
any flavor or color

sprinkles

Instructions
Total Chill/Freeze Time: 1 hour
Pulse Oreo cookies in food processor until fine crumbs form.
Mix room temperature cream cheese with Oreo crumbs until fully combined.
Use cookie scoop to portion mixture into 1 tablespoon balls.
Roll balls by hand and place on parchment-lined baking sheet.
Freeze balls for 30-60 minutes until firm.
Melt candy melts in microwave, stirring every 30 seconds.
Dip each ball in melted chocolate using a fork.
Tap off excess chocolate and place back on baking sheet.
Add sprinkles immediately if desired.
Refrigerate in airtight container up to 5 days.
Notes
Ensure cream cheese is room temperature for easy mixing. Freezing balls helps prevent crumbling during dipping.
