Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone baking mat.
Spoon 1 tablespoon shredded Parmigiano Reggiano onto the baking sheet for each crisp, spacing them apart.
Gently press each mound down without flattening completely.
Bake for 3 to 5 minutes until golden and crisp.
Cool completely on the baking sheet before removing.
