Parmesan Crisps Recipe

By Sam Pierce

Ingredient

  • 1 cup shredded Parmigiano Reggiano cheese

Forming the Parmesan Mounds

Preheat your oven to 400°F.

Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.

Spoon a generous tablespoon of shredded Parmesan onto the prepared baking sheet for each crisp.

Gently press each mound down, taking care not to flatten completely—they will spread out during baking.

Baking the Crisps

Bake in the oven for 3 to 5 minutes, or until the cheese turns golden and becomes crisp.

Allow the crisps to cool entirely on the baking sheet before attempting to remove them.

Serving or Storing the Crisps

Enjoy the Parmesan crisps right away, or store them in an airtight container at room temperature.

They will remain fresh for up to 2 to 3 weeks.
