Greek Yogurt Ranch Dip

By Sam Pierce

Ingredients (~6 servings)

  • 1 1/2 cups plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 3/4 tsp onion powder
  • 3/4 tsp dried dill
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • Fresh chopped chives for garnish

 Combine the Ingredients

In a medium bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, garlic powder, onion powder, dill, salt, Worcestershire sauce, and cayenne pepper.

It may appear as though the mixture has clumped at first, but do not worry!

Continue mixing until the mixture becomes smooth (approximately 30 seconds).

Once done mixing, taste the dip; you may wish to add more salt depending on how tangy your Greek yogurt seems.

Serve and Store

Sprinkle with chopped fresh chives and serve immediately.

The dip will keep well in the refrigerator for up to one week, but it gets better after a day or two in the fridge as the flavors will meld together.

Greek Yogurt Ranch Dip

This is way better than the packet stuff and you probably have everything you need already. The greek yogurt makes it thick enough to use as a dip or thin enough to drizzle over salads.
