Ingredients (~12 servings)
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil or any neutral oil
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried dill
- 2 boxes Cheez-Its
Combine Oil and Seasonings in a Large Bowl
In a very large mixing bowl, whisk together the oil, ranch dressing mix, garlic powder, and dill.
The ranch dressing mix may appear clumpy at this point. This is ok and will incorporate after mixing.
Add Cheez-Its and Allow to Sit
Add both boxes of Cheez-Its to the bowl and mix with a large spoon or your hands until all of the Cheez-Its are evenly coated.
Allow Cheez-Its to sit for 10 minutes to allow the oil to absorb and the seasonings to evenly distribute.
Cook at 250 Degrees Fahrenheit for 20 Minutes
Preheat your oven to 250 degrees Fahrenheit.
Spread the Cheez-Its in an even layer on two large baking sheets (you do not want to have too many Cheez-Its on one sheet as they will not crisp properly).
Bake for a total of 20 minutes, mixing the Cheez-Its at the 10 minute mark.
They will be finished cooking when they are dry to the touch and most of the oil has been absorbed.
